from adolescence to maturity...

i think that the main theme that i am in interested by choose eugena  is the passage from adolescence to maturity in a female. how things change when you stop being a girl and you have to act as a woman. when you have to be mature enough to face reality and leave behind the ideal picture of the world that you once had. this is a painful progress like a new birth of the same person.i see the cut of eugena's hands as a symbolic action to the new life she has to live....the change is painful but the result is good and bad too.i think i am working quite autobiographically hehehe
